Host-Guest Complexes with Cyclodextrins

Cyclodextrins (e.g. cyclic oligosaccharides with 6, 7 or more glucose molecules) can form host-guest complexes with other substances, such as phenolphthaleine.
The set of animations provides information on the structure of β-cyclodextrine and phenolphthaleine and their host-guest complex formation.
